Each participant of the WorldFood Moscow exhibition can take advantage of the free promotion option — the publication of news on the exhibition website. During the most active preparation period (June — September), more than 70,000 people visit the exhibition site.

To make the most of your participation we advise you to invite your key customers and potential clients. Each exhibitor will get a unique promo code, that allows unlimited number invites for free. Your invited visitors/partners can register online for free visitor pass with your unique promo code. Please feel free to send/use the promo code to your partners/clients and publish on your website, e-mail signatures and mailings. If you still do not receive your promo code, please e-mail your event coordinator.

Information digests of the exhibition
Information digests of the exhibition are prepared monthly and sent to all subscribers of the exhibition (more than 35,000 contacts of buyers from wholesalers, retailers and HoReCa) and published in the social media feed.
The digest includes information about new exhibitors, novelties, as well as specialized offers for HoReCa chains.

Advertising options and sponsorship
To draw maximum attention to your booth onsite, plan advertising and sponsorship integrations. To better understand which options are right for you, it's important to consider the difference between advertising and sponsorship. Sponsorship is a comprehensive advertising package that includes options for promotion and advertising before the exhibition, during the exhibition and after the exhibition, while all promotion channels are involved from the site and mailing lists to advertising onsite and integration into special projects. Advertising options are separate types of media and channels, for example, an advertising banner on a website or placement of branded posters onsite.

Integration into special exhibition projects
If you want to present your products in the most effective and visual way, or plan to enter the HoReCa market, we suggest you consider integration into one of the exhibition's special projects.

Culinary marathon: specially for the project, a real kitchen is being built onsite, where professional chefs prepare original dishes in real time from the products of the exhibitors in front of an audience of spectators and hold open tastings.

Thematic days: on the site of the Culinary marathon, thematic tastings will be held every day. A tasting session «Wine and Cheese», a culinary battle «Meat vs. Planted meat», Tea and Coffee day.
Direct negotiations with buyers from Russia and the CIS
The WORLD OF TRADE Purchasing Center will be organized at the site of the WorldFood Moscow 2023. The organizer is EXIM EXPO, a partner of the exhibition.
Personal bilateral negotiations of buyers and suppliers at the same time in one place! 2 days, 50+ retailers and distributors from Russia and CIS countries. The purchasing center will operate at the exhibition site on 19 and 20 September.
The event will be attended by retailers and distributors from Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tajikistan.
Participants of the WorldFood Moscow exhibition will be able to visit the Purchasing Center on preferential terms.
