In less than three months, the 33rd International Autumn Food and Drink Exhibition WorldFood Moscow will open. Every year, tens of thousands of wholesale trade specialists, retailers, and catering representatives attend to find new food and beverage suppliers, evaluate products from Russian and foreign manufacturers, and receive the latest food market insights from leading industry experts and analysts.

1. How do I get a ticket to the exhibition?

There are two ways to register. The easiest is to visit the exhibition website and use the promo code NEWS to get a free ticket. Electronic registration takes no more than three minutes.

  • Go to the registration page using the link (link will open in a new tab).
  • Select the "I have a promo code for a free visit" option.
  • Enter your email to which the 4-digit verification key will be sent.
  • Check your email and enter the verification key on the website. If you do not receive an email with the key within 5 minutes, check your Spam, Junk Email, Newsletters or Social Media folders.
  • After entering the verification key, fill out the questionnaire with the questions.
  • Important: At the last step of the registration process, enter the promo code NEWS and click "Apply" (not "Pay").
  • After that, your ticket will appear on the screen and be sent to the email address you provided.
  • In case of difficulties in obtaining a free ticket, please write to visitors.registration@ite.group. In the subject line, please specify the name of the exhibition - WorldFood Moscow 2024.

The second way is to buy a ticket at the box office during WorldFood Moscow. However, in this case, the ticket will cost 1000 roubles.

2. Is the ticket valid on all days of the show?

Yes, the ticket will be valid for all 4 days of the show.

3. 3. How many tickets can you get with the promo code NEWS?

The promo code NEWS is valid for an unlimited number of tickets, but each ticket must be registered with a unique email address. You can register your colleagues yourself, but keep in mind that each email receives a unique verification key, which is necessary to complete the registration process. You must either have access to your colleagues' email or be able to check with them for the code that will be sent to their inbox.

4. Do I have to print the ticket?

No, you don't have to. You can simply download the ticket to your phone and scan the barcode at the turnstiles when entering the exhibition halls. Just ensure your phone screen's brightness is set high enough for the scanner to read the barcode.

5. Do I need to register again if I can't find my ticket?

No, if you have not downloaded your ticket immediately after registering on the website, you can download it from the email sent to the email address you provided. Additionally, before WorldFood Moscow, all registered visitors will receive an email reminder with their ticket attached.

As a final option, during the days of WorldFood Moscow, you can visit the registration desk in the pavilion foyer and inform them that you have already registered for the exhibition. The registration desk staff will locate your ticket in the database and print out a badge for you to enter the exhibition.

6. Do I have to pay for attending the business program of the exhibition?

No, attendance at the WorldFood Moscow business program events is free with an exhibition ticket.

7. When and where will WorldFood Moscow 2024 take place?

WorldFood Moscow 2024 will take place on September 17-20 in Moscow, in Pavilion 3 of the Crocus Expo IEC and will occupy halls 14 and 15.

8. What time will the exhibition start and end?

From September 17 to 19, the exhibition will be open from 10:00 to 18:00, and on September 20 from 10:00 to 16:00.

9. How do I get to the venue?

You can either use public transportation and go to Myakinino metro station, or arrive by car.

10. Is there a parking lot near Crocus Expo IEC?

Yes, there is free parking for 35,000 cars near Crocus Expo IEC including surface and covered (several underground levels). We recommend arriving by car in advance or use public transportation during the exhibition days due to the large number of guests.

11. Is it possible to leave bulky luggage somewhere on the pad?

Only suitcases and bags can be left in the luggage rooms if there are vacancies. Employees of Crocus Expo IEC will inform you about the availability of the luggage rooms directly at the site.

12. Where can I find the exhibition plan and list of exhibitors?

The list of exhibitors at WorldFood Moscow 2024 will soon be available on the website under the "About" menu. You will be able to filter companies by country, product, and name. The plan of the exhibition halls will be uploaded to the website just before the exhibition. Additionally, during the event, exhibition plans with the list of exhibitors will be available on the site for easy navigation to the stands of the companies you are interested in.

13. Will there be a leadscanning service at the exhibition?

Yes, during the exhibition, the WorldFood Connect app will offer a free Leadscanning service. With it, you will be able to scan barcodes on the badges of exhibitors and other visitors to WorldFood Moscow 2024, exchange contacts and process them when it is convenient for you.

14. Where can a business trip travel certificate be stamped?

The travel certificate is stamped at the office of the exhibition organizer at the Front Desk. There, you will be able to receive the necessary documents or get them stamped if required. The location of the organizer's office will be known closer to the exhibition date. Additionally, during WorldFood Moscow, the office will be marked on all signage with the exhibition floor plan, located on site.

15. Can I come to the exhibition with children?

No, persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to visit the exhibition.
